Danson completed a PhD in electrical engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Danson has experience in multiple business sectors. He started his career in South Africa working on engineering projects for mining, rail, solar and wind projects. He went on to work at National Grid as a Power Quality Engineer followed by Jaguar Land Rover where he led the team that delivered the battery for the World Car of the Year 2019, Jaguar I-Pace.
Danson founded Daηecca in January 2018 as the I-Pace project went into production, to fulfill his vision of having freedom to do things a better way. He champions our use of Lean and Six-Sigma disciplines and has a special interest in process development.
Head of Operations
Amy has vast experience working at a management level delivering engineering projects across Europe and America.
Amy joined Daηecca from a leading manufacturer of machine tools where she coordinated projects from sales through to manufacture and delivery. Amy runs the daily operation of our entire facility, and ensures that we comply to internal and external processes.
Lead Systems Engineer
David has been working with Li-ion battery packs since 2007, and led Jaguar Land Rover’s first HEV, PHEV and MHEV battery projects.
Leading Daηecca’s System Engineering function, David brings his experience of past developments to ensure that customer requirements are understood, met and validated.
David completed his Masters degree at the University of Nottingham.
Matt has experience of delivering projects to the most discerning of customers having led some of Jaguar Land Rover’s most prestigious projects for its Special Operations division.
With a BEng from Oxford Brooks University, Matt leads customer engagement and our project management team.
